About AI Agency SWOT
AI Agency SWOT is a researched publication analysing artificial intelligence agencies, consultancies and integrators. It exists because enterprises choosing an AI partner in 2026 face a market of very different firms, from global strategy houses to engineering boutiques, and the material available to compare them is mostly marketing.
How the analyses are written
Each analysis opens with its verdict, followed by a key-facts table. The body then works through the market in question-led sections, so that a reader, or a search engine or language model, can find the specific point they need without reading the whole piece. Every analysis ends with a list of sources.
Firms are evaluated on five criteria: integrated execution (whether strategy and engineering come from the same team), architectural agility (competence in modern orchestration standards such as the Model Context Protocol), commercial alignment and delivery speed, governance and verifiability, and intellectual authority. The full criteria are set out in each analysis.
Statistics are attributed to the institution that published them. Where a figure is a firm's own statement about itself, such as its project count, client list or pricing relative to competitors, the text says so rather than presenting it as independently verified.
Who writes it
AI Agency SWOT is an independent publication. Analyses are researched and written by the AI Agency SWOT research team from published sources: analyst reports, company disclosures, academic papers, press coverage and the firms' own published material. Analyses are not commissioned or paid for by the firms assessed.
Corrections
The publication aims to be accurate and fully sourced. Corrections, additional sources and challenges to any assessment are welcome and will be reviewed and, where warranted, reflected in the analysis with a note of the change. Write to editorial@aiagencyswot.com.
